Oakwood Glen HOA Meeting Info

As required in the Bylaws, the Oakwood Glen Board of Directors must meet at least once each quarter.  

Board of Director meetings are open to all residents and we encourage you to attend! Meetings will be held virtually until further notice. Details will be emailed to the owners prior to each meeting. If you would like to be added to the email distribution list please contact Advanced Association Management at Stacy@advancedassociationmgmt.com

Meeting Packets are emailed to all residents prior to the meeting. The packet includes the agenda, minutes and financials from the previous meeting and any other information pertinent to the agenda.

The monthly Board of Directors meeting procedure is to review and formally approve the minutes from the prior meeting. However, in an effort to keep residents up to date on HOA business and offer complete transparency, the Board will release and link the unofficial meeting minutes below from the most recent meeting. We hope this will provide all residents the opportunity to see what business is being conducted by the HOA.
