Architectural Control
Completing a project on your property? Be sure to submit your request for Architectural Control Committee approval!
The Oakwood Glen Homeowners Association is responsible for maintaining the look, feel and architectural integrity of the neighborhood. Please submit an application for approval before your next big project. Unsure if you need to submit an application? Contact Advanced Associated Management at stacy@advancedassociationmgmt.com or contact our Board at oakwoodglenplanohoaboard@gmail.com.
The State of Texas passed a law in September 2021 that requires the HOA to appoint an Architectural Control Committee that does not include any sitting board members. The Architectural Control Committee is made up of at least five members. This process is important to ensure our neighborhood maintains a certain standard of appearance to keep our home values up. After a resident's application is submitted to Advanced Association Management, the Oakwood Glen Architectural Control Committee will review the information and will approve or disapprove your request, or issue a provisional approval within ten (10) days.
Please send the completed application to Kelly O’Connor, Executive Admin, Advanced Association Management, Inc, 18208 Preston Road, Suite D-9349, Dallas, Texas 75252 or email to kelly@advancedassociationmgmt.com
